MUSIC FOR DEEP TERROIR
NOTE TO WINEMAKERS: Before making presumptions about terroir, sit on your prospective site and listen to this really loud in a good set of headphones. It is the music of the New York artist Philip White. This is how rocks talk. If it feels good, research the geology and then the soil which sits like a very thin layer of dandruff on the top. Another little help from the Philip White group. Buy the record; plant the grapes, drink the wine. Better, see?
